Concentrated, high-alkaline, heavy duty liquid detergent for machine warewashing. It can also be used for Bar Glass Washing, and Automatic Duct Cleaning Systems. High-alkaline formula strips away heavy grease, protein and starch food soils that ordinary detergents can miss and is effective in light, medium and heavy soil conditions. Contains special water conditioning agents to help reduce spotting and streaking.
